Returns and Refunds

At Saffron Nest, we are committed to providing high-quality saffron products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions.

RETURNS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Saffron Nest.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund accordingly.

REFUNDS

You can receive a refund only for unused items that you purchased directly from our site within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If there was a promotional item included in the original purchase, the amount thereof will be deducted from the refund.
  • You cannot exchange or return gift cards and other promotional items given free of charge.
  • Refunds will be sent within 7 to 10 business days after we have received the returned product.

Saffron Nest is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with a product, we can exchange it within 180 days of purchase. Exchanges are provided subject to product availability and approval. Free promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
